Late last year my husband was diagnosed with Diabetes and what made it worse was the fact that he had a terrible sweet tooth. Thus began my search for desserts and cakes for diabetics. Except for one cafe which had only one dessert (that too the same thing) through out the year, there were no other options available. Soon I realized that being a diabetic was bad enough and with no options available it just made it so much more difficult. Considering the number of people affected by this, I decided to add diabetic options to the menu as well. It may not be a huge choice but atleast I do offer some choices and will try and keep adding newer options.
